Q) Why do I need to register?
A) There are some features on the website that can only be accessed if you have an activated account; including articals, the forums, the raid calendar, and more. Due to the very limited space Blizzard gives us to manage guild-related details, we are forced to use a website as the source for updates, information, and communication. Registration is important so non-members of the guild do not see details we do not want them to see.

Q) What should I put as my name / username?
A) Your name and username should be the same, which is the name (or a close variation of the name) of your most-played character in the guild. You may put whatever as long as everyone can identify you without having to ask who it is.

Q) Do I have to put my real email?
A) You do need to put in a valid email address to recieve your activation letter. It does not need to be one you use often, however we ask that it is one that you check a few times a month.

Q) Will you send email to me?
A) Very rarely will you recieve an email from us, for the most part we communicate through the forums, in-game mail, or by chat. In some cases, we may send out an email or a newsletter of some kind, however it is rare. Any email (except for the activation email) from us will be @fiendsonline.com. Only Inner Circle and the Guild Master has a fiendsonline email account.

Q) What if I forget my password?
A) There should be a way to recover your password somewhere near the log in panel. If you cannot recover your password for whatever reason, contact an Inner Circle member (preferably Sephziad or Darksidian) and ask for your password to be reset. (We cannot recover it).

Q) I am having trouble activating my account / I did not recieve the activation email. What do I do?
A) In many cases our email does not get through, especially to those providers that have a spam blocker. Please wait 10-20 minutes after registration to ensure the email gets enough time to arrive. If you still do not recieve the email, please contact one of the Inner Circle members (preferably Sephizad or Darksidian) and they will activate your account manually.

Q) I activated my account, but I'm still having trouble logging in. What shoukd I do?
A) When you create your account at www.fiendsonline.com and activate it, your account only exist at that section of the website. At this time, you are unable to access the Raid calendar, or the forums. To fix this issue, log in at www.fiendsonline.com, and then click the Forums and Raid links at the top of the screen. This will copy your account to those parts of the site, which you can then log into from there in the future.
If this does not fix your problem, please let an Inner Circle know, and we will fix it on our side.
Note: also remember, that you will need to register on the raid calendar for now, as this has it's own login. I am working on intergrating this into the site so you will only need to register once.
